Every Friday morning until we feel like doing something different we’ll be laying down our mats to rest and restore our bodies focused on shoulders, knees and hips guided by Reham Aarti, 500hour RYT certified.

All skill levels welcome. Space is limited to up to 8 people. First come first serve. $15 drop-in or buy a package of 4 classes for $50. Reservations encouraged.
