Join us EVERY THIRD THURSDAY, November 2025 through March 2026 for a monthly Sauna Social that includes hydrating, revitalizing alcohol free cocktails for sipping prior/post sweat. This event is hosted in collaboration with our neighborly friends, Boise Booch and Boise’s Sauna Social Club.
Towel, electrolyte water, & essential oils included. To maximize your time it's best to come in your swimsuit, but if this is not possible or convenient there is a changing room available. Bring a pair of slip on shoes if you plan on cold plunging. Check out our FAQ for more info.
