Picard Three Ways
In honor of Patrick Stewart we’ve crafted a delightful cocktail built in the essence of his spirit. Gin or Reposado you choose! All of our alcohol free recipes can be executed with your favorite spirits too.
2oz preferred alcohol free spirits*
½ oz Lapsong Souchong Tea Syrup
½ oz Bergamot Juice
½ tsp Lemon Caramel
Dash of Free Spirits Bev Co Heart Bitters
*Version One :: Bare Zero Proof Gin
*Version Two :: Empress Indigo Gin
*Version Three :: Bare Zero Proof Reposado
The Future is Wahine
This delightful slightly creamy alcohol free cocktail concoction is sure to delight your palette. Recipe riff is alcohol free but you can always add your favorite spirit of choice.
2 ounces Bare Zero Proof Rum Blanco
½ ounce Lime Juice
Bar spoon of Lilikoi Butter
½ ounce Ginger Syrup
½ ounce Coconut Cream
Add lime juice and Lilikoi butter in a shaker and stir until well combined. Add remaining ingredients plus ice and give it a good shake. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass and enjoy.
