Pairs nicely with a smoked brisket or a nice pulled pork sandwich.

Ingredients include: Smoked pear and ginger shrub, mole syrup and spice blend consisting of vanilla, coriander, rosemary, cinnamon, sesame, black pepper and ginger.

Punch it up with whisky or bourbon.
